Warp Knitted Geogrid for Railway Slag Protection

Product introduction

Warp knitted polyester grille is made of high strength polyester industrial filament. Firstly, the filament is knitted by warp knitting method to form mesh grey fabric, and then the fabric is smeared to form geogrid. The intersection is combined with high-strength fibers to form a strong node. Compared with general woven, nonwoven, synthetic and other geotextiles, it has superior performance, known as "fiber mild steel bar".

Warp knitted polyester polyester grille has the characteristics of high tensile strength, high tear strength, small creep, aging resistance and strong adhesion to soil and gravel.

 Product use

1. Railway slag protection: slag loss due to train vibration, wind and rain. Geogrid is used to wrap slag to prevent slag loss and improve the stability of subgrade.

2. Railway Retaining Wall: geogrid is used to reinforce retaining wall on railway side. For example, grilles can extend the service life of stalls on railway station platforms and reduce maintenance costs.

3. Reinforced retaining wall: adding geogrid to the side of road and inside of vertical retaining wall can improve the bearing capacity of retaining wall.
